Getting to know me: I am a 36-year-old stay-at-home-mom in Weatherford, Texas!
In July of 2003, I was laid off from my job of five years, where I had poured myself into that company thinking if I gave 110%, I would earn the respect and appreciation and advance in my career. But when it came down to it they gave me NOTHING - not even my final paycheck! So I went on the great job search. But I was hesitant to give my life to another company that would NOT appreciate all my hard work and the time spent away from my family?
One day I was looking for information about having a party for all of my friends and I ran across Slumber Parties, I saw Become a Distributor and thought, “that’s it, that’s my new JOB! I am going to invest in MYSELF!” If I was going to have “one of those parties” then I was sure that most women would.
Little did I know I had found one of the best home party plans in the industry. The support, friendships, training 24/7 whether it’s another distributor or the company, there has ALWAYS been someone there for me. GIVING ME 110% to help MY business. I have found the crazy fun me that I had tucked away 10 years before when I became MOM.
For eight years now I can proudly say I have my OWN business and can take time to be a stay-at-home-mom for my three children and EVERY DAY I’m reminded that I now am Respected and Appreciated!
